dedicated to the study of land use, creation of value,
infrastructure needs, financing options, tax
consequences, housing, and urban/rural land issues.
COLLINS ARCHITECTURE
concentrates on developing long-term and short-term
plans to use land for the growth and utilization of
urban, suburban, and rural communities. Emphasis is
placed on working with clients, local planning
officials, and fiduciaries to jointly make decisions
concerning social, economic, and developmental issues.
Economic studies stress the most appropriate and
